We will warrenty only what is in our control.
This means: If we have missed a manufacturing defect from our supplier such as a misprint, or a flaw in the stitching, or a flaw in our assembly process such as improper stitching.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to our shop where it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and then picked up by the customer.
Our warranty does not include shedding. This is in the nature of the product. The loose fibres will eventually stop shedding with use and repeated washing.
Return Policy: Exchange only
We will accept only returns, unused and in original packaging, exchanging for proper size and color.
